Founded by Dr. Scott Bolz in 1996, Spring Chiropractic brings together a team of specialized chiropractors and rehabilitation professionals under one roof, with a special focus on preventative care.

With nearly three decades of clinical experience, Dr. Scott Bolz is a leading chiropractor and rehabilitation specialist who takes a whole-body approach to healing. As the founder of Spring Chiropractic and Spring Physical Therapy, he has helped thousands of patients recover from pain, injury and surgery.
A lifelong resident of the Spring area, Dr. Bolz is a proud husband and father of two daughters. He is certified by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians as a CCSP, is an ART provider, and is certified in Graston Technique, NASM Corrective Exercise and dry needling.
Dr. Luke Morton is a licensed chiropractor and graduate of Parker University, committed to helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain and enhance quality of life through evidence-based chiropractic care.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Tarleton State University, where he competed as a collegiate baseball player, an experience that shaped his disciplined, performance-driven approach to health and wellness.


Dr. Carter Bourgeois is a chiropractor dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. He is certified in dry needling and incorporates evidence-based techniques to help patients improve mobility, manage pain and return to the activities they enjoy.
Dr. Bourgeois values building strong doctor-patient relationships and believes education and communication are key to effective treatment. He has played sports most of his life, including collegiate rugby, which shapes his understanding of injury recovery.
